JWT Kids Courses

Tumbles Squeakers

Tumbles Squeakers (4 - 10 months)

I love coming to JW Tumbles kids gym! Not only do we get to sing songs, swing on cool swings and explore, but both me and my Mom make new friends!

Tumbles Wobblers

Tumbles Wobblers (11 months - 18 months)

Circle time, song time, and game time are really fun, but my favorite at JWT Kids Gyms is to crawl through tunnels, hang on bars, and swing on swings. It's fun having my Mom or Dad watch me.

Tumbles Wigglers

Tumbles Wigglers (19 months - 2.5 years)

The rings, the hanging log forest, and the magic carpet ride are my favorite, but learning how to listen to the teachers and follow directions is pretty cool too. I love that my Mom and Dad participate with me.

Tumbles Twos

Tumbles Twos (2.5 years - 3 years)

It's so great that JW Tumbles has a class just for us! Our Moms and Dads still play with us, but we have times in the class where we have to listen, wait our turns, and follow directions. We don't mind doing that stuff because we love to learn how to cross a balance beam, try the uneven bars, hang from trapezes, and play fun games!

JWT Stompers

JWT Stompers (3 - 4.5 years)

Finally a class that Mom and Dad do not participate in! JWT Stompers are the big kids. We have relay races, learn awesome forward and backward rolls, climb the climbing wall, jump rope, practice with tennis serves and golf swings and get a chance to try all kinds of sport skills. The best part, we don't have to wait long at all for our turns!

JWT Jumpers

JWT Jumpers (4.5 - 5.5 years)

I love this class! It's definitely harder than JWT Stompers, but it's worth it! We work with all kinds of tumbling skills, including cartwheels. We have fun on the monkey bars, balance beams and uneven bars, and learn how to throw just about every different kind of ball imaginable not to mention Frisbees. My favorite is the game we play at the end of every class. The funniest is the space flight ride!

JWT Tumblers

JWT Tumblers (5.5 - 6.5 years)

Its great to be a Tumbler, we get to do the funniest stuff and it's challenging. I finally jump rope, hula-hoop and cartwheel! I'm learning how to jump on a springboard and do back walkovers. It's totally fun to learn volleyball bumps and how to hold and throw a football! Every week we play a way cool game that requires us to think and work as a team!

JWT Winners

JWT Winners (6 - 8 years)

A pre-gymnastics class and strength building class just for us kids who want to explore gymnastics in a non-competitive place! We don't have to wait forever for a turn, and it's all about getting to try gymnastics moves in a fun place! We even put on a gymnastic show at the end of our session. I like to take this class over and over because I can't believe how strong I have gotten. I can do a perfect cartwheel and even do pull-ups!

Funny how life changes when you have kids. For the better, but I have become such a different person! I know my husband Michael feels the same. We both were in politics in Washington, D.C. before Liam came into our lives. I envisioned a long career filled with travel and campaigning. Now, I am opening up J.W. Tumbles in Manchester, NH and I couldn't be more excited about this chapter in our lives! After being pregnant with Liam during 9/11 we wanted to move somewhere where family traditions seemed important. We wanted to live somewhere where our children would feel safe and where "everyone knew everyone." We wanted to live somewhere people looked out for their neighbors. Well, we found it!

New Hampshire is a great place to live - especially with young kids. Our situation may be a bit different in that our first son Liam was born with Down syndrome. But, the similarity I share with all of you is that I am a mom, and I am always looking for opportunities for my children to have fun and to learn.

Over the past few years, I have dedicated my life to charities that are close to my heart, like the National Down Syndrome's Annual Buddy Walk. I have learned so much and had so much fun! One thing I have learned about myself is how much I love helping children! The reason I am so very excited about opening JW Tumbles is that it will be new to New Hampshire! I am proud of this company and it stands for everything I do ...helping children grow emotionally and physically - building self awareness and self confidence and having loads of fun at the same time.

New Hampshire needs a place like JW Tumbles and my hope is that you all find a new home with us there! I hope you enjoy reading my blog and please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments. Let's start a conversation that will ultimately help all families.
